Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Scaleway Digital LLC ("Scaleway Digital", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website scaleway.digital and our internal application, Scaleway Digital Ads Dashboard (the "Dashboard").
1. About the Dashboard
The Dashboard is an internal tool used only by Scaleway Digital LLC staff to manage the company's own Google Ads accounts. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to third parties, and it is not used to manage advertising accounts that belong to other people or businesses.
2. Google sign-in and the Google Ads API
The Dashboard uses Google OAuth 2.0 so that authorized members of our team can sign in with Google and grant the Dashboard access to the company's Google Ads accounts. It requests the following scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords— to view and manage Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API.
The Dashboard accesses only Google Ads accounts owned and operated by Scaleway Digital LLC.
3. Data we access
Through the Google Ads API, the Dashboard may access:
- Campaign data — campaign names, settings, budgets, bidding, targeting, and status.
- Ad data — ad groups, ads, headlines, descriptions, and final URLs.
- Video assets — video ad creatives we upload or link to our accounts, and their metadata.
- Performance metrics — impressions, clicks, cost/spend, conversions, and related reporting data.
- Basic account information — Google Ads customer IDs and account names, and the email address of the team member who signs in, used to identify who authorized access.
4. How we use this data
We use data obtained from Google APIs exclusively to manage and report on Scaleway Digital LLC's own advertising campaigns: uploading ad videos, creating and updating campaigns, and reviewing spend, clicks, and conversions. We do not use it for any other purpose.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell data obtained from Google APIs.
- We do not share or transfer it to third parties, except where required by law.
- We do not use it for advertising profiles, credit-worthiness, or lending decisions.
- We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- We do not allow humans to read it except for the company's own staff operating our accounts, for security purposes, or where required by law.
Scaleway Digital Ads Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Storage and security
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest on servers controlled by Scaleway Digital LLC and are never exposed in client-side code or shared outside the company. Data is transmitted only over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Access to the Dashboard and its servers is restricted to authorized staff. Reporting data is retained only as long as needed to manage and analyze our campaigns.
7. Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored tokens or any data related to you, email contact@scaleway.digital. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
8. Visitors to our website
Our website does not require an account and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting server records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.
9. Children
Our website and the Dashboard are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
