These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website scaleway.digital and of Scaleway Digital Ads Dashboard (the "Dashboard"), both operated by Scaleway Digital LLC ("Scaleway Digital", "we", "us").

The Dashboard is an internal tool used to manage Scaleway Digital LLC's own Google Ads accounts. Only employees and contractors authorized by Scaleway Digital LLC may use it. It is not offered to the public or to third parties, and no one may use it to manage accounts not owned by the company.
2. Authorized users
Authorized users must keep their sign-in credentials confidential, use the Dashboard only for legitimate company business, and comply with applicable laws and with the policies of Google Ads and the Google Ads API. We may suspend or remove access at any time.
3. Website
The content on this website is provided for general information about our company. You may view it for personal, non-commercial purposes. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
4. Privacy
Our handling of data, including data received from Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer
